New data highlights just how frequently cyber attacks are attempted and organizations are impacted – and the numbers are far more surprising than you’d think.

How many times in a week is the average organization attacked (including unsuccessful attacks)? According to Check Point Software’s latest data on cyber attacks globally, it’s 1248! How many organizations are impacted by a ransomware attack weekly? According to Check Point, 1 in 31 globally.

Looking at Q1 2023’s data, the 7% growth in the number of cyber attacks represents a material shift that is impacting more organizations. Over 1,000 attempts to breach your organization’s security every week and a little more than 3% of attacks are successful!
